We offer professional growth opportunities, an international environment, travel benefits, and the unique possibility to see the real impact of your work across the industry.We will entrust you to<ul><li>Oversee the development of training programs and MTO operations in accordance with the Part-147 requirements</li><li>Ensure that all approved courses and examinations are delivered to the standard, content and knowledge levels specified in EASA Part-147 and Part-66 syllabi</li><li>Launch and prepare the course according to the training program and/or customer request/contract, ensuring that theoretical and practical trainings are carried out and recorded in line with current rules and procedures</li><li>Consistently monitor training activities, ensuring quality and effectiveness by supervising instructors and actively engaging in sessions</li><li>Ensure availability of training aids and materials for approved training courses</li><li>Perform necessary standardization training for MTO training personnel</li><li>Ensure that MTOE and associated manuals are regularly reviewed and amended as required</li></ul>What you will need to succeed<ul><li>Engineering science degree or equivalent (Part-66 license is an advantage)</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of the EASA Part-66 syllabus, examination standards, and training methods</li><li>Knowledge about the auditing requirements according to Part-147/Part-66 and national legislation, Part-145 is regarded as advantage</li><li>At least 5 years of professional experience as a technical instructor or teacher</li><li>Experience in training design, delivery, and assessment methodologies</li><li>Strong communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Detailed knowledge of MTOE requirements and procedures</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Latvian and English</li></ul>
