The Role

An exciting opportunity to join a leading engineering organisation, supporting the delivery of a robust physical security framework. You'll work closely with senior leadership to drive project delivery, enhance operational performance, and ensure continuous improvement across security services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate physical security projects while supporting day-to-day operations, including systems, fire safety, and emergency response
• Drive performance through KPI reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage governance activities, including risk coordination, CAPEX tracking, documentation, and stakeholder reporting

What We're Looking For

• Project management experience within security, operations, or a similar environment.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with experience in audits and process improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/G-Suite and the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced setting.
