Resource Planner - Perth Airport

We are currently seeking an experienced Resource Planner to be part of a leading aviation operation at Perth Airport.

Join on a 6-month contract (casual) with potential to extend. Monday to Friday, day shift roster - Great Work/Life Balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development, organisation and maintenance of long and short term resource planning.
• Monitor and track maintenance tasks and deadlines, ensuring teams have adequate coverage for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure that cost effective, timely and regulatory maintenance requirements are achieved.
• Align aircraft maintenance tasks requirements with labour requirements to guarantee a safe and efficient maintenance layover/downtime.

About you:

• Previous experience in maintenance planning (highly desirable)
• Aviation background (working knowledge of CASA regulations and orders highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• High level of computer literacy
• Experience with Webroster and/or Groundstar systems (highly desirable)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Cert IV in Aeroskills highly desirable
• Ability to obtain ASIC card and pass mandatory medicals.
