ALG Talent has a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join a well-established organisation based at Mascot Airport. This is a casual ongoing contract offering full-time hours with potential for permanency. Enjoy a Monday to Friday roster for a great work-life balance.
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are executed and delivered successfully, collaborating with engineers, designers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
Develop project plans, define goals, and allocate resources effectively
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Foster a collaborative, productive team environment and drive continuous improvement
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager in aviation or automotive with successful project delivery
Experience working in an engineering environment (essential)
Knowledge of Australian aviation regulations and CASA safety protocols
Exceptional organisational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
