Project Controller - Aviation Programs | Mascot, NSW

ALG Talent has a great opportunity for a Project Controller to join a well-established organisation based at Mascot Airport. This is a casual ongoing contract offering full-time hours with the potential for permanency should you excel in the role. Enjoy a Monday to Friday roster providing a healthy work-life balance.

As a Project Controller, you will play a key role monitoring, planning, and communicating project demands and objectives, collaborating with engineers, designers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to create project plans, tasks, timelines, and milestones
• Maintain project schedules using project management software
• Monitor project financials and provide accurate forecasts to management
• Analyse data to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, Project Management, or similar
• Previous experience working as a Project Controller
• Experience in aviation, logistics, or related industry
• Knowledge of aviation best practices, including CASA regulations
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• AU working rights and based in Sydney
