At Luxair, we are committed to providing our pilots with the best training and career opportunities, which is why our Pilot Student Sponsorship Program is designed to identify and support high-potential student pilots and provide them with a unique possibility to achieve their dreams of becoming professional airline pilots after positive selection and successful completion of their training.

Important information before applying

You will need to fulfil the following mandatory requirements at the time of applying to be eligible for the Program:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be enrolled at one of our eligible partner flight schools
• Hold a secondary school leaving qualification entitling to university access in the country it was issued and/or a recognized university diploma
• Have the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union (EU)/European Free Trade Association (EFTA)
• Have a clear criminal record which is also free of any driving-related offenses
• Be able to obtain a valid EASA class 1 medical
• Very good command of the English language
• Be over 156cm tall
• Be able to swim
