Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, lead and supervise aircraft maintenance checks</li><li>Identify and rectify problems and defects</li><li>Analyze and interpret technical procedures, schematic engineering diagrams, manuals and publications</li><li>Coordinate and interact with various departments to accomplish maintenance work Establish and maintain good business relationship with customers</li><li>Manage staff performance and attendance control, and provide skills training to ensure service quality levels are up to standard and all works are carried out IAW Manual and SOP’s</li><li>Any other duties as assigned</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3-5 years of authorization experience&nbsp;</li><li>Recognized LAE license / AM license</li><li>At least 1 type rating: A320, A330 (Trent 700), A350, A380, B737 (NG or Max), B748 (Genx), B777, B787&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;
