Salary: 600 EUR net base salary per month, plus additional productivity pay based on monthly flight hours (block hours). Average total monthly income typically reaching 970 - 1000 EUR net at approximately 75 flight hours per month.

We will entrust you to

• Execute duties related to the safety of the aircraft and passengers
• Maintain excellent customer service and assistance on-board the aircraft
• Assist passengers who require special attention
• Engage in proactive sales on-board, including product presentation and payment handling
• Keep the aircraft clean and tidy during the flight
• Maintain the highest ethical standards consistently while performing all duties

What you will need to succeed

• Completed secondary education
• Minimum age 18
• Fluent Serbian and English (B2 or higher)
• Minimum arm reach 210 cm (on tiptoes)
• Physically fit and able to swim
• Customer-oriented, professional attitude
• Ability to obtain required aviation medical certification
• Serbian citizenship or valid work authorization in Serbia and EU

Employment Conditions

• During initial training (approx. 2 months): 600 EUR net salary plus per diem allowance and accommodation provided for one week of training in Riga
• Fixed-term employment contract with possibility of extension

• Prohuman d.o.o. Beograd is the direct employer under Serbian employment law.
• The selected candidates will operate on airBaltic aircraft on routes within the Air Serbia network, under a cooperation agreement between Prohuman d.o.o. Beograd and airBaltic.
