The selection process includes:
We are recruiting for a holding pool, with possible OCC start in early 2026, subject to operational demand.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible, and no later than 28th of September.
Candidates who are successful in the initial screening can expect to be invited for assessment during late 2025.

Qualifications
- Valid Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish Part-FCL CPL-A/MPL-A
- Licenses from other EASA member states are accepted but must be transferred prior to course start at your own expense.
- Valid B737NG Type Rating
- Valid IR(A) ME
- Class 1 Medical Certificate
- ICAO English Level 5 or higher
- Valid EU passport
- Clean criminal record
- Proficiency in a Scandinavian language is mandatory

Recruitment Process

- Simulator assessments
- Technical, cognitive, and psychometric testing
- Interviews will be held in Copenhagen during autumn/winter 2025
