Responsibilities

Carry out the duties of second in command

Collaborate with other crew members to operate efficiently and effectively.

Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies

Communicate effectively with air traffic control and ground staff
Skills

Strong understanding of aviation safety and regulations

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
-
Ability to adapt quickly and in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
-
Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Instrument Rating
-
Minimum 200 flight hours (excluding simulator hours) required to qualify for interview.

Minimum 250 flight hours (excluding simulator hours) required for employment eligibility.

Kenyan citizen.

A valid KCAA (Kenya Civil Aviation Authority) CPL/ ATPL, with
-
Class one medical certificate,
-
KCAA English Proficiency level 4 or above,
-
Valid Instrument Rating,
-
Multi Engine Rating,
-
Performance Rating A,
-
Gas Turbine Rating,
-
High school education with an aggregate grade of C- (minus); and minimum of C- (minus) grade in Mathematics, English, Physics or a general sciences subject.

Minimum 160 cm height requirement.
