Pilots complete the reinforced EASA A320 type rating course including 86.5 hours of A320 FBS/FFS simulator training (which is double the volume of A320 simulator training provided by most ATOs) and the aircraft base training with the approved ATO.

As part of the pilots' contract, pilots are then placed with European EASA A320 contracted partner airlines as A320 First Officers.

Since most of our contracted European EASA partner airlines have their Operator Conversion Courses starting between October and May, most pilots start the reinforced EASA A320 type rating course with the approved ATO in Europe between May and September to be ready for airline placement with our contracted partner airlines between October and May.

For the past 30 years, Eagle Jet International has specialized in providing A320 First Officer experience and employment with its network of contracted EASA partner airlines to EU pilots holding the EASA license. No other company has our expertise when it comes to low time pilots EASA A320 First Officer programs and employment in Europe.
