Cabin Crew Member for Flydubai | Relocation to Dubai

MHC Aviation partner company, Helo Recruitment, is looking for unexperienced Cabin Crew Members from the Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) for operations in Dubai, on behalf of our client, Flydubai.

Flydubai is a fast-growing airline based in Dubai, operating an extensive international network and delivering a premium inflight experience.

Role Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience (aviation, luxury hospitality, cruise lines, premium lounges, fine dining, high-end retail or similar)
• Fluent English (spoken and written), additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to reach at least 195 cm without shoes
• No visible tattoos while wearing uniform
• Valid EU passport with no travel restrictions (Baltic States preferred: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia)
• Medically fit to pass aviation medical assessment
• Confident swimmer and able to perform water survival procedures
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai (UAE)
• Flexible to work irregular schedules, weekends, holidays and night duties
• Professional appearance and grooming standards in line with airline requirements
