Job description, responsibilities and duties

​As a B737 First Officer with AirExplore, you'll play a vital role in transporting passengers and cargo safely and efficiently. Operating both scheduled and charter flights within our extensive network, you'll work closely with our experienced crew to ensure a reliable and secure flight experience. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining the safety and comfort of our valued passengers while fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders such as Air Traffic Control and Ground Operations.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Operate scheduled and charter flights on B737 aircraft.
  • Prioritize safety and reliability in all aspects of flight operations.
  • Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure passenger well-being.
  • Establish and maintain positive communication with Air Traffic Control and Ground Operations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to facilitate smooth flight operations.

Information about the selection process

Candidates must possess the legal right to work and live in the EU. Yellow fever vaccination is mandatory, with reimbursement available upon provision of a valid receipt. Applications should include a CV in English with a photo attached.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Valid B737 Rating in EASA License or ICAO ATPL (A) with B737 rating (subject to validation).
  • Minimum of 500 hours on B737 aircraft.
  • Clean accident and incident record.
  • English language proficiency - Level 4 minimum.
