Aircraft Maintenance Planner - Aviation

Perth Airport
Monday to Friday | Office Hours (38 hrs/week)
6-month contract (casual) with potential to extend

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join a leading aviation operation at Perth Airport, supporting the Fokker 100 fleet.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, safety-focused environment within the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate aircraft maintenance to ensure compliance and operational readiness

  • Monitor and track maintenance tasks and deadlines

  • Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality, error-free outputs

  • Prioritise and manage work in a time-critical environment

About You:

  • Previous experience in maintenance planning (highly desirable)

  • Aviation background (B1/B2 or engineering experience highly regarded)

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • High level of computer literacy

  • Experience with TRAX and/or IAS systems (highly desirable)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
