A320 FamilyOn behalf of our client, Nobox are seeking A320 First Officers for positions based in the beautiful city of Baku, Azerbaijan.

Requirements:
Category A:
- Holds a valid Frozen ATPL or ATPL with valid type rating on A320
- Valid ICAO First Class Medical Certificate
- No history of alcohol or substance misuse (as confirmed by CAA)
- No accident/incident record where the pilot was found at fault
- English proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher (verbal & written)
- Medical and English language proficiency certificates may be expired at the time of submission, provided they are updated prior to simulator check in case of successful outcome
- Minimum 1,500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 500 hours on Airbus A320 within last 18 months
- Age limit: up to 55 years
Contract Duration: 1-year contract, renewed annually for a minimum of 2 years
Career Development Opportunities: Upgrade from First Officer to Captain (where applicable)
Category B:
- Candidates with less than 1,500 hours who still meet the basic criteria as an exception, be considered individually.
- Can be offered a 1-year contract.
- Each candidate assessed on a case-by-case basis
- Salary and benefits according to experience within the range.
Terms of Employment:
- Contract Duration: 1-year contract that is renewed annually for a minimum of 3 years.
Work Schedule Options:
Commuting:
- 22 days ON / 8 days OFF
- 6 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF
- 9 weeks ON / 3 weeks OFF
Non-Commuting:
- 5 days ON / 2 days OFF

- Commuting pilots: Round-trip economy-class tickets per rotation (Home/NOD ↔ Base)
- Non-commuting pilots: Round-trip economy-class tickets for the employee and direct family members, provided twice per year (Base ↔ Home/NOD) Alternative travel arrangements may be agreed upon, provided the total number of tickets is not increased
Annual Leave:
- Commuting: Covered through OFF-rotation
- Non-Commuting: 30 calendar days for residential expat contracts + up to 24 additional days based on annual flight hours

- Visa, residence, and work permit support is provided for the employee and direct family members, where applicable.

Pre-employment:
