We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Data Analyst to join our growing team. We are open to candidates to be based at our offices in either Frankfurt, Germany, Gatwick, UK or Vilnius, Lithuania.
The successful candidate will have between 3 and 5 years’ of relevant experience building reports and creating data models. Experience in PowerBI (or similar) and MS Dynamics 365 is preferred. T-SQL, Azure and ETL processes is desirable for this role.
As a fluent English speaker, the successful candidate will enjoy a challenging and varied role with opportunities to develop within the team long term. We are looking for a determined professional who has an entrepreneurial spirit and structured mindset. We are open to offer hybrid working with this role including some days per week working from home.

Purpose of the Role
Create Dashboards and Reports to provide business with agreed analytics. This will include management reports, sales activity analysis, KPI’s etc. which will help drive commercial decisions
Overall day to day management of Reporting Platforms
Help build and update the data model with underlying data sources, with view to future Data warehouse project
Key Responsibilities of the Role
Develop dashboards using appropriate tools i.e. PowerBI and share them in a secure automated and personalized manner.
Integrate Data from Business Insight portals and other sources to the Analytics Tools.
Support the design of ETL process to ensure data consistency.
Work with the team to design and build a data warehouse.
Identify new requirements based on business needs to ensure business always has the correct insights to make strong business decisions.
Identify data issues in the databases and work to resolve them, including integrity reporting.
Provide support and training to users on how to use relevant reporting platforms.
Provide support during database deployments including user testing of systems as required.
Support legacy reporting during changeover of systems to ensure business continuity.
Ensure Data Strategy and Governance policy is up to date, and is always upheld.
Data tools proficiency
PowerBI (or other similar Reporting/Analytics tools), including data modeling
DAX - desirable
MS Dynamics 365 – desirable
