Job description

What you will be doing:

  • Providing procurement and management services for business and regional jet spare parts and components;
  • Working closely with Product Management Unit in order to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and business partners;
  • Preparing purchase orders, planning product deliveries, processing documents, and controlling payments;
  • Researching potential suppliers and ensuring we have multiple reliable suppliers at all times;
  • Overseeing and analysing technical information;
  • Undertaking other ad-hoc tasks related to procurement.

A bit about you and your experience:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in procurement management;
  • Exceptional purchasing skills with the ability to negotiate rates and build professional relationships;
  • Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written);
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
  • Strong computer literacy skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office package);
  • Experience in the aviation sector, working with aircraft spare parts and components would be considered as an advantage.
