We are currently recruiting an experienced Business Development Marketing Manager to support our team.

Responsibilities of this position will include driving revenue targets set by Fly2Sky Management and supporting our customer service efforts, including but not limited to:

• Work alongside the Chief Commercial Officer to set annual revenue targets for Fly2Sky based on the company’s capital and operational capabilities.
• Oversee marketing and business development efforts for entrance into new markets, ensuring a robust new-client database and prospect outreach plans.
• Manage sales activities, setting clear quarterly goals and responsible to hit revenue targets.
• Execute innovative marketing strategies and supervise the activities of the marketing team to enhance the brand's presence and visibility in the market

Candidate Requirements:
• Knowledge in aviation regulations
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
