Ryanair careers

Ryanair is a low-cost airline from Ireland that has quickly emerged as one of the most profitable carriers in Europe. It is one of the biggest airlines when comparing passenger numbers. The airline was founded over 30 years ago by Christopher Ryan, Tony Ryan and Liam Lonergan. At first, the airline was called Danren Enterprises, but shortly after it was renamed into Ryanair, after Tony Ryan. While the first few years were successful, the airline struggled later on. After a restructuring process, the airline became a low-cost carrier, which was inspired after SouthWest.  Michael O’Leary was behind the whole process and the airline’s success is attributed to him. He completely turned around Ryanair and it became a profitable enterprise. Although it has to be said that he got his inspiration from another low-cost carrier across the pond, Southwest Airlines. The airline currently operates over 400 Boeing 737-800 aircraft to more than 1800 routes around Europe and North Africa. Ryanair manages to operate 2000 flights daily from 215 different airports. Last year Ryanair managed to reach 120 million total number of passengers carried and is one of the biggest airlines in that regard in Europe. If you choose a career in Ryanair, that means you get to be a part of one of the biggest aviation operations in Europe! The airline has many focus cities and bases around Europe, so you can start your career in Ryanair pretty much anywhere around the continent. The airline has promised to reach a total number of 564 aircraft by the year 2024, with 50 new aircraft being added to its fleet since 2017. If you do not back away from a challenge and are passionate about flying, you should definitely consider applying. Career options are available for Pilots and Cabin Crew members. Do not hesitate and apply to work in the fastest growing airline in the world!
