NetJets careers
NetJets is a company that is involved in selling partial ownership or shares of private business jets such as Embraer, Cessna and Bombardier. This type of business is called fractional ownership, where multiple people share the same aircraft and the costs of maintaining and flying that same aircraft. Founded over 50 years ago, NetJets or Executive Jet Aviation as it was called at the time, is the first private business jet charter service and aircraft management company in the world. Three former military pilots founded NetJets with the goal to change the world of aviation. The airline’s offices are currently based in London, United Kingdom. If you do decide to pursue a career in NetJets, an exciting world awaits you – with different passengers each flight, you know for sure that you will see a lot more of the world than you would on any other airline. If you are a pilot, you will join a team of over 600 other pilots and cabin crew that will assist you during your flight. In 1987, NetJets announced their fractional ownership service – the first ever in the world. The company has grown substantially and last year it had over 7000 aircraft owners, operated more than 300.000 flights and flew to more than 150 countries around the world. It is the biggest private jet airline in the world, as the company currently owns over 750 various aircraft in its fleet and employs over 6.000 people in its ranks. Last October NetJets announced they would be purchasing 650 more aircraft. Certainly a leader in the private aviation sector, NetJets is always looking for the most talented people to join them.
