YOUR TASKS:
- Assist in the process of opening bank accounts for FL Technics and its subsidiaries in various countries and later support on daily operations.
- Support in dealing with banks regarding other bank products according to FL Technics group needs;
- Deal with customers (mainly) and vendors as well as internal business units within the Company regarding payment allocations, payment plans and schedules, debts, statements of accounts (SOA);
- Identify payment or SOA discrepancies, and initiate investigation process to resolve related issues and reconcile debts with customers; perform follow up procedures as needed;
- Cooperate with banks (local and foreign) regarding incoming and outgoing payments, KYC procedures, collect and provide required documents and other information;
- Collaborate in collection of information and related documents in order to arrange payment agreements with third parties;
- Contribute in monitoring and setting up credit limits based on internal policies and needs, ensure related documentation process for assigned customers;
- Take an active part in treasury function and processes improvements to meet business and corporate governance needs.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
- Min 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable accounting, General Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Credit control operations with a knowledge of accounting, banks processes, ability to understand legal documents and requirements;
- A University Degree in Accounting, Business administration, Finance, Economic or similar;
- Ability to demonstrate great sense of responsibility, precision and attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills, service and result orientation;
- Good working knowledge of English (speaking and writing);
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new culture, dynamic environment and people.
