WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Procure, provision, and ship aircraft materials for scheduled aircraft maintenance at hangars, line stations, and outsourced maintenance facilities.
  • Monitor critical reports and update internal systems.
  • Alert the responsible person about any non-routine events (such as delays and technical problems).
  • Monitor cargo movement through the tracking system.
  • Supervise shipping and return shipping processes.
  • Maintain a record of all outstanding purchase orders with external vendors.
  • Arrange transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Coordinate imports and exports.
  • Review freight rates for air, courier, and land transport.
  • Control aviation part stock levels.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in the aviation material control environment.
  • University graduate or currently pursuing higher education (a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related technical area is required).
  • Strong planning skills with effective time management and flexibility.
  • Mature and stress-resistant, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent English skills (both written and spoken).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities, and adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Capacity to think from first principles and work well cross-functionally, including with other departments.
  • Ability to work within strict timelines and budgets.
  • Competence in both customer support and material planning areas.
  • Ability to see the broader picture of how your performance affects the business and make informed decisions.
