• Provide training to pilots on a wide range of courses as listed in the Airbus Pilot Catalog,
using a wide range of training tools to operate an Airbus Aircraft safely, efficiently and
effectively, by applying Airbus Flight Training Standards, Training Policy and
Airworthiness Authorities regulations.
• To deliver Airbus flight training courses as per Airbus FCTP and associated training
media.
• To assess the progress of the trainees and the eventual need of additional Training if
required.
• To provide a written report and grading of the trainees performance at the end of each
session.
• Candidate will be based in Dubai, UAE and will report to the Head of Training (Airbus
Africa & Middle East) and may be required to travel within the region or other Training
Centres within the Airbus network for training activities.
Requirements:
• Hold or have held a CPL with Frozen ATPL or ATPL (with A320 Rating), preferably
EASA authority
• A valid A330/A350 type rating will be an advantage
• Fluent in English
• Hold or have held an SFI and/or SFE Authorization from the same Authority as the ATPL
• Completed Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) as Pilot
• A minimum of 3 000 hours as Pilot
• A minimum of 1 500 hours on Multi Pilot Aircraft (MPA)
• Minimum of 3 years commercial aviation experience as Pilot on FAR 25 / CS 25 or FAR
23 / CS 23 aircrafts in Multi Pilot Operation (MPO), preferably on Airbus Aircraft
• Be able to teach, brief and de-brief in fluent English.
