  • Adhere to environmental health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Execute all assigned tasks safely and promptly.
  • Diagnose, repair, inspect, modify, and maintain aircraft avionics, electrical, and electronic equipment.
  • Document work performed according to appropriate manuals and regulations.
  • Take role as part of modification team on the avionics team.
  • Assist in mechanical/electrical removals and installations.
  • Possibly provide maintenance support at off-site locations.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance disciplines.
  • Assist in line maintenance activities.
  • Conduct complete engine and/or APU runs if required.
  • Ensure aircraft return to service after off-site maintenance (if certified).
  • Perform intricate repairs on aircraft systems.
  • Provide time estimates for tasks.
  • Train, mentor, and assist other employees.
  • Undertake other assigned duties as needed.
  • Responsible for the fabrication and repair activities of various cable harnesses, including but not limited to signal cables, RF cables, fiber optic cables, high data rate cables, power cables, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • You typically possess a minimum of 8 years of avionics work experience or equivalent.
  • You typically have at least 2 years of Airbus A320 family.
  • You typically hold a minimum of 1 year of experience with Avionics repairs.
  • You possess A & P Certificate and Airbus training.
  • You have demonstrated leadership skills.
  • You exhibit strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • You are familiar with all systems installations of Airbus aircraft models.
  • Able to take avionics projects for the fleet.
