We are currently seeking two (2) highly skilled and experienced Senior Captains (PIC) to join a 3 Pilot private flying operation.
The Role
As a Senior Captain (PIC), you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our flights. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring compliance with all regulations. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in our continued success and reputation in the industry.
The primary responsibility will involve operating 604 (Private, non-revenue) passenger flights, with an annual flight time of approximately 200 to 250 hours. Both Senior Captains will be part of a 3 Pilot private flying operations and work alongside a dedicated cabin attendant. The position offers a highly competitive salary within the top range, along with additional benefits such as a potential moving allowance, RRSP matching, comprehensive medical coverage, and eligibility for a company bonus. Full flight support and dedicated maintenance are provided to ensure seamless operations.

Your Responsibilities
Flight Safety and Compliance:
- Assume responsibility for the safe conduct of each flight, ensuring the highest level of safety for passengers, crew, and the aircraft.
- Adhere to all aviation regulations, company policies, and procedures, including those outlined in the operations manual.
Flight Operations:
- Serve as the Pilot in Command (PIC) for 604 (Private, non-revenue) Domestic and International passenger flights.
- Communicate effectively with the crew, passengers, and air traffic control to ensure smooth operations and timely departures and arrivals.
- Expected to partake in additional duties that include but are not limited to pre-flight activities - booking hotels, assisting flight attendant with luggage, preparing hot/cold towels and setting up the jet beds.
- Assist the dedicated cabin attendant with grooming of the aircraft
- Passenger support while away, trip logistic support and picking up catering.
- Crew are expected to go above and beyond whenever possible.
Leadership and Teamwork:
- Provide clear guidance, instructions, and support to the flight crew, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and dispatch, to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues or concerns.
Your Experience
- 5000 Hours Total Time minimum
- 1000 Hours PIC minimum
- Transport Canada ATPL
- Large aircraft experience
- Corporate aviation experience
- Ability to travel outside Canada
- Ability to work in Canada
