We're looking for a Reliability Engineer to take ownership of the Sunclass Airlines reliability system andensure the effectiveness and validity of the Aircraft Maintenance Programme.

About the position
As our Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the aircraft maintenance program, ensuring that tasks and their associated intervals are appropriate to optimize aircraft availability, improve on-time performance and reduce costs.
Amongst others, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the reliability analysis of airframe systems, powerplant and components for all aircraft in the Sunclass fleet of Airbus A321 & A330 aircraft.
- Lead and contribute to root cause analysis and develop solutions and recommendations to address in-service issues.
- Gather the required data to compile and circulate the quarterly Reliability Reports which will include relevant Reliability KPIs.
- Monitor the quality of the data gathered to ensure suitable action plans can be implemented.
- Make recommendations to amend and improve the effectiveness and validity of the Sunclass Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) based on operating experience and instructions from the competent authority.
Who we are looking for
Must haves:
- Degree in a relevant Engineering subject or equivalent industry experience.
- Theright to live and work within the United Kingdom.
Preferred:
- Thoroughunderstanding of airworthiness regulations (EASA) and demonstrated experience in reliability management.
- Experience with reliability management in relation to Airbus A321 CEO/NEO & A330 CEO/NEO aircraft types.
- Experience with AMOS and Predictive Maintenance software such as Skywise is a distinct advantage.
- Experience with Aircraft Maintenance Programmes.
- Experience with using Maintenance Steering Group (MSG-3) logiC.
- Computer & IT literate
