ABOUT COMPANY:

FL Technics Engine Services is a subsidiary of FL Technics, an aircraft MRO organization for EASA/FAA/UK CAA Part 145 approved repair and on-wing support engine shop for CFM56-3, CFM56-5B and CFM56-7B types of engines. 

FL Technics Engine Services team has extensive experience on the CFM56 family of engines which allows us to provide quality on time service to our customers. Our team strives to provide a bespoke service to the industry allowing for the reduction in engine operating costs.

YOUR TASKS: 

  • Provide technical leadership regarding technical paperwork evaluation for engines, modules and/or components;
  • Evaluating and analyzing of ECM data engine MPA runs and BSI results to establish the condition of the engines and implement corrective action in the shop visit work scope if necessary;
  • Engine Shop Visits Work scopes analysis and preparing/correcting/updating all the necessary engine shop maintenance documentation;
  • Analyzing of engines technical data – Shop visits documentation, AD/SB Status, LLP data, LLP Back to Birth documentation and initiates required engineering documentation based on recommended disposition;
  • Monitor newly issued ADs (EASA, FAA, TCA), SBs, SILs etc. applicable to engine maintenance;

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years experience and relevant qualifications in heavy shop aircraft engine maintenance, experience with the CFM56 engine family is a must.
  • Candidate with previous practical experience in assembly/disassembly of the engine, engine modules, and complex troubleshooting;
  • CFM56-3 or -5/7 type experience, with an understanding of current continued airworthiness requirements together with the ability to analyze and interpret EASA and FAA regulations to ensure compliance (an advantage);
  • A team player with the ability to write concise, well-structured reports;
  • Proactive, seeking solutions when required, offering added value to the team;
  • Ability to read, write, and understand the English language knowledge (level 2) and to follow verbal and written instruction, ability to interpret and apply technical data;
  • Computer skills: proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook;
