We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover: 

  • ​​​Managing employment processes for new and current employees. 
  • ​Preparing and amending employment-related documentation. 
  • ​Managing internal records and databases, including employee documentation. 
  • ​Tracking and reporting People metrics, including employee retention. 
  • ​Maintaining and updating Organizational Chart and structure. 
  • ​Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance. 
  • ​Liaising with external partners, including labor authorities, work safety companies, and medical providers. 
  • ​Being the first point of contact for employees on People administration related queries. 
  • ​Assisting with payroll by providing accounting with relevant information. 
  • ​Coordinating of trainings related to safety and welfare of employees. 
  • ​Coordinating of employees’ medical checks and other wellness, and health related events. 
  • ​Helping with internal arrangements of team-building and other company events.​ 
  • ​Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations​.
  • Working according to approved company processes.
  • Working with company’s IT systems to monitor and ensure a smooth ​People​ process. 
  • Participating in daily meetings based on Lean principles.
  • Setting and achieving short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by direct manager.

  • Has ​good​ skills in a Microsoft Office 365 environment or has basic conceptional computer literacy.
  • Is able to work independently and is self-motivated and willing to take ownership.
  • Knows how to manage several complex projects at once. 
  • Has analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Has willingness to share skills, knowledge and expertise.
  • Uses the English language at an effectively operational and independent level. 
  • Is flexible with good time management skills.
