WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Procure and provision Wheels and Brakes for the entire fleet and ongoing projects.
  • Monitor critical reports on usage and consumption, updating internal systems accordingly.
  • Alert responsible parties to any non-routine events, such as delays or technical issues.
  • Generate purchasing orders and repair orders as required, monitoring and following up on all scheduled replacements.
  • Coordinate transportation to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Liaise with manufacturers, distributors, and representatives regarding product and supply chain issues.
  • Compile RFQs and assess results to develop cost-competitive procurement scenarios.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Aviation Material Control.
  • University degree or ongoing higher education in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related technical fields.
  • Strong planning, time management, and flexibility.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with maturity and stress resistance.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Outstanding English proficiency (both written and spoken).
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at juggling priorities and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work cross-functionally and see the broader impact of decisions.
  • Comfortable working within timelines and budgets, with a focus on customer support and material planning.
