Junior Ground Operations Assistant

Department: Ground Operations

Reports to: Head of Ground Ops.

Level: Junior / Entry-level

Key Responsibilities  Assist in coordinating turnaround services (fuel, cargo, pushback, etc.).  Liaise with ramp agents, crew, and OCC for smooth operational execution.  Support documentation for flight handling and on-time performance monitoring.  Monitor turnaround timelines and ramp service completion.  Contribute to safety and efficiency in ground operations.

Requirements  Studies in airport operations, logistics or transport (vocational or academic).  English proficiency (minimum B1 spoken).  Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.  Team spirit, responsibility, and readiness to work in a high-paced airport environment.
