Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Cold Calling Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and building relationships to promote our products and services. Your ability to effectively communicate and engage with prospects will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain a well-organized database of prospects and track interactions.
- Schedule appointments for follow-up meetings or in-person consultations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for outreach and conversion.
- Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help refine sales approaches.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly call and sales targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales training is a plus.
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, required, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
