Position: Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and promote our services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular communication and follow-up

- Understand clients' needs and provide customized solutions to meet their specific requirements

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets

- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

- Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities and client interactions

- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and network with potential clients

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process

- Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development opportunities


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the aviation industry

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
