As the Inflight Experience Manager, you will be the orchestrator of an unparalleled journey for our passengers. Main responsibilities

Catering & Retail:

  • Ensure operational information flow to Catering Companies regarding loading plans, equipment handling and operational information (flight/aircraft/operator changes)
  • To be the first point of contact for operational departments & external catering in terms of daily catering questions
  • Monitoring our catering material / equipment and ensure required volume/assortment is available at stations and ordering of missing equipment
  • Monitoring monthly sales result and use insights to improve performance
  • Developing innovative product offering to increase customer satisfaction and create an USP
  • Close cooperation with wet-lease providers to ensure catering on adhoc & long term wet-lease aircraft

Inflight Entertainment (IFE):

  • Coordination and management of our inflight entertainment (IFE) service
  • Seek opportunities to monetize and deliver ancillary revenue through the IFE product
  • Develop and maintain IFE procedures and related manuals

Cabin Cleaning:

  • Coordination and management of cabin cleaning service
  • Interface to ground handling / cleaning companies concerning cleaning material and cabin dressing items

Overall: Analyze customer satisfaction results/customer feedback for the inflight experience and use data to enhance the overall customer experience


  • Professional experience: minimum of 2 years airline experience in Catering/ inflight service/ flight attendant or experience working for a last mile provider (Caterer)
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset, operational problem-solving skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with stakeholders and business owners from across the corporation
  • Proven planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Willing to cover work on weekends ‘on call basis’
  • English (spoken, written)

Beneficial skills:

  • Knowledge of Ops Systems (e.g. N-OC, NETLINE)
  • German language skills
