We are looking for the dynamic, self-assured and driven Head of Sales to join our Team. You will have an opportunity to work with the truly professional Team in challenging international business environment, specializing on delivering outstanding private, corporate and group air charter solutions to a host of international clients from the worlds of business, sport, music and fashion, what offers flexibility, privacy, and convenience tailored to the client ‘s specific needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the successful operations of the Sales Team activities
  • Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities
  • Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities
  • Develop strategic plans for sales Team activities to include sales strategy to achieve agreed targets, penetrate new markets
  • Ensure the implementation of the sales plans, individual business plans and set other goals
  • Lead, motivate, educate and grow with Your international, growing and ambitious Team
  • Plan daily works, set long term goals
  • Professionally represent the Company at international exhibitions and take care of the highest quality of Business Clients

Requirements:

  • Have strong experience in leading and motivating sales Team
  • Proven ability to drive the Sales process from start to finish
  • Solid working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development and strategic planning
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • A proactive mindset with a knack for finding new opportunities
  • Set an example for Team members of commitment, sales activities, work ethics and personal character
  • International working experience or aviation background will be considered as an advantage
