RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • ​Identify and utilize business development opportunities in charter flight markets;
  • Develop and implement objectives and goals and set the expected performance standards for the team;
  • Elaborate client proposals, negotiate offers, execute sales;
  • Build, establish and maintain relationships with various customers and brokers to fuel the sales of the company;
  • Negotiate and establish ad-hoc and longer-term agreements with current and new accounts in line with the company’s objectives;
  • Partner with the appropriate functional teams to prepare formal and informal sales proposals;
  • Track the company‘s progress towards sales goals and identify successful ones;
  • Promote the company's services by addressing or predicting the client's objectives.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and maintain an accurate customer and transactional information using the company‘s tools;

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven working experience as a sales manager, sales executive or in a relevant role;
  • Polished communication skills, influencing, negotiating, leadership, and relationship-building skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
  • Higher education in business management, sales or relevant field;
  • Proficiency in working with MS Office package and CRM software;
  • Aviation background would be considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using customer stated needs and feedback to help design customized solutions;
  • International working experience and/or experience in aviation would be an advantage.
