About the position

We will not bore you with the same buzzwords you see everywhere, highlighting innovative thinking, problem-solving, and any other cliché you will find in competing job ads. Instead, we will tell you that as a Digital Marketing Manager at AeroTime, you will have a maximum impact, access to a €250,000 PPC budget, data of 300,000 users, and your independence to do whatever seems fit to attract more aviation professionals to AeroTime and AviationCV.com.

That means you will create the tools to foster our growth while trying and succeeding, trying and failing, and trying and blowing our competition out of the water with your unique and creative ideas.

Main functions and responsibilities:

  • Grow sustainable traffic, engaging users into content and products, and convert them into a loyal user community with monetization opportunities
  • Create and implement digital campaigns according to business goals
  • Oversee SEO strategy
  • Create data-driven analysis and come up with insights for growth and brand-building
  • Work to improve our online brand presence and awareness levels
  • Identify effective, innovative digital media technologies and the latest trends
  • B2B & B2C marketing
  • Manage the Marketing team

We are looking for a professional who has:

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing (at least 2 years)
  • Experience in creating campaigns that generate traffic, leads and engagement
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, FB Insights, etc.)
  • Experience with Google & Meta ads
  • Understanding of social media and direct marketing
  • Experience with email marketing and content marketing
  • Knowledge of SEO principles
  • Strong written and spoken English language skills

It would be great if you have:

  • Hands-on experience in PPC, SEO, SEM, CRO
  • High ownership skills or had your own projects
