ALG is currently recruiting a Day of Operations Maintenance Planner to join our aviation client's team at Perth Airport. In this role, you will act as the crucial link between the MOPG and AMO.

Your primary objective will be to ensure aircraft compliance throughout the day-of-operations window until maintenance execution. This position requires you to coordinate maintenance plans, provide guidance during disruptions, and maintain seamless communication across departments. Operating round-the-clock, you will collaborate with Short Term Planning, Maintenance Watch, and AMO Production Planning to optimise maintenance plans and enhance operational readiness.

This is a casual contract offering full-time hours for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.


  • Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
  • LAME/AME qualification or equivalent aircraft maintenance expertise.
  • Understanding of relevant Airworthiness Regulations and Expositions for P42/P145 Planning requirements.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement corporate processes and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Integrity and experience in handling confidential and/or sensitive information.
  • Ability to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card).
  • Willingness to undergo drug, alcohol, and audiology testing.
