ALG is looking for a Customer Support Representative. We are a leading recruitment agency specialising in the aviation industry, and we are currently seeking skilled individuals to join our defence client's prestigious team in New South Wales, Bankstown.

About Our Client and the job purpose:

Our client is a renowned aviation company committed to delivering excellence in the aerospace industry.

As part of the Customer Logistics Management division, this role aims to enhance customer service consistently by aligning with the company principles and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help improve customer satisfaction levels
  • Reporting to the Team Lead MS&L Front Office
  • Aid the Customer Support team in carrying out the AAP strategy and meeting related MBOs
  • Follow principles of standardization, simplification, and process optimization, ensuring full compliance with company and regulatory policies
  • Efficiently process orders and quotes in line with the Franchising Handbook guidelines


  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service and sales within aviation and other industries
  • Experience managing customer service and sales
  • Experience in budget oversight, financial reporting, and control
  • Skill in proactively preparing for surge requirements and communicating them internally
  • Training from a recognized Supply Chain Institute or equivalent is desirable
  • Preferable knowledge of SAP
  • A direct, confident, and clear communicator who can convey messages effectively and persuasively
