We are excited to be working with a Business Jet Management company on the recruitment of a Compliance Auditor to join a growing team on a permanent basis in Malta!



Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepares audit checklists and conducts audits as instructed by the CM. When required, act as the Lead Auditor on scheduled, special purpose or follow-up audits.
  • Advises the compliance manager on company compliance assurance matters.
  • Tracks the application of corrective and preventative measures and assesses the effectiveness and suitability of these measures.
  • Remains current on all relevant knowledge, regulations, background and appropriate experience related to the activities of the operator, including knowledge and experience in compliance monitoring.
  • Monitors, by conducting the Compliance Monitoring Program, the continued compliance with the applicable instructions and procedures, standards, and the adequacy of the standards, raising audit findings when compliance deficiencies are identified.



Requirements:

  • A relevant engineering degree or an aircraft maintenance engineer/technician qualification.
  • Lead Auditor/Auditing Techniques Qualification.
  • Part CAMO, Part M and Part 145 Qualification as required.
  • EC) Regulation 965/2012 - EASA Air Operations Regulations Qualification as required.
  • Safety Management System (SMS) Qualification based on ICAO Annex 19 as required.
  • Initial and Current Safety Training (Human Factors) as required.
  • Fuel Tank Safety Level 1 as required.
  • Knowledge of a relevant technology of type(s) of aircraft gained through a formalised training course (at least at a level equivalent to Level 1 General Familiarisation). These courses should cover typical aircraft systems that are within the scope of work.
