Minimum Requirements:
NOTE: New rates are effective as of January 1, 2024 based on the Letter of Agreement (LOA) signed between Silver Airways and the International Brotherhood of teamsters on December 28, 2023. While some of the incentives in the LOA are subject to further negotiations, the pay scale is considered ratified until the expiration of the current collective bargaining agreement which expires October 1, 2025.

Minimum Requirements:
- Commercial Pilot Certificate - Multi-engine Land, Instrument Ratings
- ATP/R-ATP Minimum flight times
- Current First Class Medical Certificate
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operators Permit
- Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Valid, unexpired passport
- Preferred Qualifications:
- ATP Multi-engine Land Certificate
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Aviation, Aerospace or Aeronautics related field.
