As we expand our presence in Lithuania, we are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-oriented professional to join our international team. As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing airBaltic’s commercial footprint and sales revenue in the Lithuanian market. You will work independently on the ground while maintaining close collaboration with colleagues at airBaltic’s headquarters in Riga. This is a strategic B2B role, ideal for someone with strong airline, travel, or tourism sales experience and a proactive approach to partnership development.

We will entrust you to

• Plan and execute sales activities to achieve revenue and market share targets in Lithuania
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with travel agencies, TMCs, corporate clients, and other strategic partners
• Support the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and local incentive schemes
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements in coordination with relevant HQ teams
• Act as a bridge between the Lithuanian market and airBaltic’s Riga-based teams
• Represent airBaltic at trade shows, client events, tourism forums, and media engagements

What you will need to succeed

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in a B2B sales or account management role, preferably within the airline, travel, or hospitality industries
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work autonomously and coordinate across borders
• Experience with CRM and sales reporting tools
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English (both verbal and written)
• Willingness and ability to travel within Lithuania and occasionally to the airBaltic HQ in Riga or other network markets
