This is a casual ongoing contract offering full-time hours scheduled from Monday to Friday. Once fully trained, the role also allows for flexible work-from-home arrangements, enhancing work-life balance.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Overseeing and scheduling staff training
  • Coordinating transport and logistics
  • Managing information in both paper and digital formats
  • Maintaining organised file systems
  • Assisting with new staff onboarding and training coordination

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in reporting tools and electronic document management systems,
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude towards learning
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to undergo Drug and Alcohol Screening
  • Eligibility to pass a full security background check
