ALG has a great opportunity for Administrator to join a well-established organisation based at Perth Airport. The position will give the successful candidate valuable exposure to the aviation industry, as well as a wide range of future career prospects.

This is a casual role offering full time hours.

Some of the main responsibilities of the position are:

  • Managing documentation effectively
  • Supporting recruitment procedures
  • Arranging, categorising, and archiving information in both physical and digital formats
  • Establishing and upholding structured file systems for the organisation
  • Coordinating timesheet organisation

The successful candidates possess the following attributes:

  • Intermediate computer literacy in Word/Excel, coupled with a proactive approach to acquiring new IT skills
  • Ability to undergo a Drug and Alcohol Screening Test and successfully pass a comprehensive security background check, including security clearances
  • Demonstrated full compliance with all work rules and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in aviation (advantageous but not essential)
  • Previous administrative and data entry experience
  • Keen attention to detail, dependability, a deadline-oriented mindset, and a process-driven approach
  • Possession of full working rights in Australia
