Some of the main responsibilities of the position are:
- Documentation management
- Assisting with workforce coordinating
- Preparing, organising, and storing information in paper and digital form
- Maintaining organised file systems for the organization.
- Data entry
- Assisting in the coordination of training and file management
The successful candidates possess the following attributes:
- Strong IT skills (including reporting tools and electronic document management systems) and willing to acquire new IT skills
- Purchase order, and monitoring inventory experience is highly desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to undergo a Drug and Alcohol Screening Test and able to pass a full security background check
- Demonstrate full compliance will all work rules and regulations
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail, dependable, deadline oriented and process driven
