ALG Talent has a great opportunity for Admin Clerk to join a well-established organisation based at Brisbane Airport. As an Admin Clerk, you'll gain valuable exposure to the dynamic aviation industry, as well as a wide range of future career prospects.

This is a causal contract offering full time hours and the potential for extension should you excel in the role. You'll enjoy a Monday to Friday roster, allowing for a great work-life balance.

Some of the main responsibilities of the position are:

  • Documentation management
  • Assisting with workforce coordinating
  • Preparing, organising, and storing information in paper and digital form
  • Maintaining organised file systems for the organization.
  • Data entry
  • Assisting in the coordination of training and file management

The successful candidates possess the following attributes:

  • Strong IT skills (including reporting tools and electronic document management systems) and willing to acquire new IT skills
  • Purchase order, and monitoring inventory experience is highly desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to undergo a Drug and Alcohol Screening Test and able to pass a full security background check
  • Demonstrate full compliance will all work rules and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail, dependable, deadline oriented and process driven
  • Full working rights in Australia
