My client one of Europe’s leading Maintenance Repair Organisations within the aviation sector, is actively looking to hire a Product / Account Manager to be responsible for the commercial bidding and contracting function within their commercial department.
For this exciting role you will need to have worked with an MRO organisation who works under EASA regulations have in-depth knowledge of base and heavy maintenance. You will need to have experience in product management, proposal and contracting processes within the aircraft repair and maintenance sector. You will need to be commercially aware and have proven success in meeting targets, reducing costs and delivering a profitable service.
This is a permanent position paying up to €50,000 Euro PA depending on experience; working Monday to Friday up to 40 hrs a week. Flights in and out and relocation allowance.

In this position, you will be responsible for arranging bids and contracts adhering to internal financial modelling and EASA compliance. You will be expected to be commercially astute ensuring my client’s profitability while maintaining excellent service delivery to their customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for commercial issue resolution. You will act as front-end sales support during the negotiation processes and you will be a pivotal link between Sales and the Commercial Aircraft Services team.
