A320 Project & Cost Estimation Manager

My client Europe’s leading MRO organisation are interested to hire an A320 Project and Cost Manager. In this position you will be joining the project management team part of the planning department. In this position you will be responsible for the preparation, execution and the completion of Base & Heavy Maintenance projects. You will be responsible for optimized planning to improve efficiency of the ground times. Day to day you your responsibilities will include coordination of the planning phases through to delivery and invoicing.

The Role

Management of aircraft projects by the Planning Manager, act as main customer point of contact with a strong focus on customer relationship;

Developing and approving of the necessary planning data for production;

Responsible for the preparation of the work packages within the planning departments including job cards, preload material and availability of critical tooling also for delivering of final documentation;

Work with Planning/Operations Departments to ensure that the projects under your responsibility are resourced appropriately

Responsible for compiling any necessary re-scheduling and/or recovering plans for the project/s under his/her responsibility

Execute the Project Core Team Meetings;

Ensure that all elements of the SMS are properly implemented, maintained and continuously improved by fulfilling all SMS related duties and responsibilities as defined in SMS Manual.

Salary & Conditions

This is a permanent position, basic salary up to € 55,000 , shift allowance , flight in and out , € 4,500 relocation payment.


The Candidate

A minimum of 4 years hands on experience working in base maintenance A320 family as a shift leader or line manager

Extensive knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA Part 145, Part 147, Part 66, Part 21, Part M)

Previous experience as a project manager

Excellent IT literacy (preferable SAP, MS

Project, MS Excel)

Right to work in EU
