Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and energetic candidate to join our team as Architectural Job Captain.Their widely published company is headquartered in a state-of-the-art design and manufacturing facility in Los Angeles, where they specialize in manufacturing architectural systems.Their talented team consists of designers, engineers, architects and software developers with a vast and exciting knowledge base.ResponsibilitiesExcellent client communications, creation of detailed shop drawings and architectural systemsProject scheduling, understanding complex projects/detailsManaging small support staff and supporting Project Managers on a variety of projects.EXPERIENCE & SKILLS including demonstrated working knowledge and understanding of:Software: Rhino (very proficient), Graphic based packages, good understanding of 3D software2-5 years' experience working in an Architectural OfficeExperience in Construction Documents and DetailsConstruction Scheduling and ManagementArchitectural Detailing, Experience with complex geometry a plusGreat Communication & Client Management Skills: verbally and graphicallyCritical and analytical thinker and ability to do so in a team settingAbility to work independently & with a team to see a project through from concept to installationRequirementsB. Arch or BS/M.
