Option 1: 42 days of paid leave per year
Total Monthly compensation: $25,521 per month
Option 2: Commuting: 22 days on, 8 days off (or)
Option 3: Commuting: 44 days on, 16 days off
Total Monthly compensation: $22,699 per month
Option 4: Commuting: 19 days on, 11 days off (or)
Option 5: Commuting: 38 days on, 22 days off
Total Monthly compensation: $20,124 per month
Education allowance: $8000 per year per child, up to 2 children registered in school in China.
Renewal Bonus: $15, 000 per year after the first contract. $20,000 per year after the second contract.
Financial performance bonus will be paid depending on company performance.
Travel Benefits: 5 fee tickets per year for the employee and family member. Five ID75 tickets per year for the employee and family member
Training salary: During ground school: 70%. During line training: 80%.
Hotel is provided during training - up to 30 days.
Optional global medical/dental health plan (for pilot and family).
Apartment rental assistance provided
Chinese speaking support staff provided day-to-day support with "living in China" issues
Chinese income taxes will be paid by Xiamen Airlines. See note below.
Loss of CAAC Medical License Insurance exclusively for foreign pilots in China is available.
Minimum requirements are as follows:
Total time 5000 hours
Multi-crew, Multi-engine jet time: 2,000 hours
Aircraft type: B787, B777 or B747-400
- NOTE: There is no specific requirment for PIC time on type, but you should have at least 6 months' experience as PIC on type.
Current within 12 months (must have a valid/current PC).
Valid ATP license, valid passport, Class A Medical (validity of 3 months upon reporting)
Must be from a country with diplomatic ties to China
No incidents or accidents, no license limitations
No significant medical history (grounding, major surgery, etc)
Age 55 maximum.
