Conduct safety management system evaluations and safety culture surveys.
Recommend safety management system improvement activities in an airline
Develop safety management system related documentation.
Assist clients with conformance to, or regulatory compliance with, all safety management system elements’ requirements.
Identify and propose key performance indicators to track safety performance and demonstrate continual improvement.
Build processes and tracking mechanisms to record key performance indicators’ data and generate associated scorecards.
Interact with client’s Process Safety Engineer and/or Health, Safety, and Environmental professional.
Remain current on health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline (Engineering, or Safety Engineering preferred)
Safety Engineering Certificate-Undergraduate; Safety Engineering Certificate-Graduate; or Master of Science in Safety Engineering
Knowledge of related recommended practices and regulations is a plus Experience related to safety management systems in aviation
