Job description

On behalf of our client, a company that provides an online marketplace for private jet charters with a luxury lifestyle brand identity, we are recruiting Charter Sales Directors.

Their new offices are in Fort Lauderdale, however, you can be based anywhere in North America.

To be considered for this role, our client would like you to have a current & verifiable book of business of at least $2,000,000.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Responsibilities will include lead generation, working with existing clients and developing new business throughout North America. You will be responsible for building customer relations and creating a client list by targeting individual clients and companies who require private jet charter services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development and service of sales prospects for the company
  • Accountability for achievement of revenue per published quotas
  • Lead the establishment and maintenance of current and potential client relationships
  • Direct responsibility for following up on new leads and referrals resulting from multiple lead sources
  • Ensuring standards are provided to the highest levels of customer service to the company’s clients
  • Contract management and negotiations
  • Preparation and submittal of sales proposals and materials
Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current & verifiable book of business of at least $2,000,000.
  • You must have experience dealing with high net worth individuals so a background in executive aviation, charter, entertainment etc.
  • Experienced in identifying and developing strong contacts with these HNWIs, Corporations and private jet users.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactive approach to problem solving; ability to prioritize and manage competing needs and fully understand the company’s clients’ objectives and the tone of the marketplace
  • The ability to gain respect and form advisory relationships with clients and influencers and forge lasting business relationships
  • A high degree of organization and self-motivation is required. This person must quickly learn the product, sales processes and be able to establish and grow business
  • Passionate about sales, technology and private aviation
